Wow waw wii waw

I got my first taste of the Wii Nintendo game yesterday. I almost never play video games now – I have vague memories of Space Invaders and car racing games as a child – so this was a different experience. I was delighted with it. It took a bit of getting used to at first, but before long I was driving golf balls up to greens, smacking tennis balls over nets, and smashing pins in bowling. Of course, the 11 year old we were playing with was so much better than us at everything. And it took me at least 10 games of tennis before I managed to win one. But it was fantastic fun.
